LLC Nova

LLC Pozhneftekhim, in accordance with Agreement No. 07/12-11 P-Nova dated 07.12.11 concluded with LLC NOVA, was a supplier of equipment for foam and water fire extinguishing systems at gas treatment facilities of the Samburgskoye oil and gas condensate field.

The administration of LLC NOVA is satisfied with both the pricing policy of LLC Pozhneftehim and the approach to resolving emerging business issues constructively, immediately, expresses gratitude to the management and employees of LLC Pozhneftekhim, and also indicates the high level and quality of management (not formal relationship) in the organization of work.

We specially distinguish the convenience in installation, commissioning and operation of the KNP-Beta delivered to us. The data design of the KNP (before working with LLC Pozhneftehim we used similar equipment from other suppliers) allows us to reduce the complexity of commissioning of the foam fire extinguishing systems for tanks, which will allow us to carry out regular tests of the system with a maximum approximation to full-scale systems and at the same time minimize the time it takes to put the fire extinguishing system out of operation.

LLC NOVA intends to continue mutually beneficial cooperation in the future.

LLC Korporatsia Sever

In 2015, LLC Korporatsia Sever acquired for OOO KINEF two vertical Antifire 1000V Bladder Tanks manufactured by GC Pozhneftekhim.

In 2016, during the installation and commissioning of the fire extinguishing system, technical problems were identified that led to the need to repair elastic tanks.

We thank the management of LLC Pozhneftehim for the prompt resolution of issues on restoration of elastic containers and plan further mutually beneficial cooperation with the enterprises of the Pozhneftehim Group of Companies.

OAO Slavneft-YANOS

By June 2011, the company sharply raised the issue of replacing the existing gallery type rack with modern ones to meet all the rules and regulations, setting the clock loading of oil products in the railway tank. A number of problems arose in fulfilling the existing standards in fire safety (the impossibility of providing roundabout for fire equipment, the lack of fire safety standards when designing clock loading facilities, etc.).

Untimely removal of the above problems could lead to a halt in the shipment of petroleum products and, as a consequence, a refinery shutdown.

LLC Pozhneftehim specialists have proved themselves to be good in developing technical solutions for the fire protection system at the loading rack of the SNTNA installation, were able to develop Special Fire Safety Specifications (STC) in a short time (4 calendar months from the start of work to conclude the contract to the certificate of completion) and coordinate them with all interested parties, having obtained 6 approvals of various levels (from the general project organization to the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia).

Based on the results of work carried out by specialists of LLC Pozhneftehim in close cooperation with the plant’s services and the general design organization, a regulatory document was issued to remove the problems that arose earlier and to specify all the necessary issues for further design and construction.

I express full satisfaction of the plant’s services from joint work, and distinguish the possibility of further cooperation between Slavneft-YANOS and LLC Pozhneftehim both in the design of the fire protection systems of the plant (including the linking of the fire protection system of imported clock loading systems to the requirements specified in STC) and in the use of equipment and foam concentrates produced by LLC Pozhneftehim in the design of new and reconstruction of existing facilities of our enterprise.

OJSC 23 GMPI

LLC Pozhneftehim has an extensive experience in development and approval of “Special technical conditions for ensuring fire safety”, development of the section “Measures for ensuring fire safety”, and development of design documentation for firefighting.

In cooperation with OJSC 23 GMPI as a subcontracting organization, LLC Pozhneftehim in recent years has implemented the following projects:

• Through 15.05.2007 to 25.06.2008, development of design documentation for foam fire extinguishing installations, water curtains and outdoor fire extinguishing of the KOZMINO SPETSMORNEFTEPORT (Special Sea Oil Port) berth complex (technological part);
• Through 21.07.2008 to 11.09.2008, development of a section of the project “Fire Safety Measures” of the feasibility study (project) “East Siberia - Pacific Ocean Pipeline System” section the Skovorodino pumping station - Kozmino Spetsmornefteport (ESPO-II). Expansion of the Kozmino SMNP;
• Through 04.07.2008 to 16.11.2011, the development and approval of “Special Technical Conditions for Ensuring Fire Safety” and section “Measures for Ensuring Fire Safety” of the Complex for handling and fractionation of stable gas condensate and products after processing with a capacity of 6.0 million tons per year in the Ust-Luga commercial sea port.

The job was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current regulatory and technical documentation of the Russian Federation by qualified, trained and certified specialists.

All job was carried out in accordance with the calendar schedules.

RF Emergency Situations Ministry

In reply to Letter ref. 133-P dated 05.06.2013, the federal government institution “2nd Detachment of the Federal Border Guard Service in the Leningrad Region (contractual)” informs you that having examined the technical documentation presented for the block-container for foam fire extinguishing “BK - PT VITYAZ” developed by the specialists of your enterprise, we consider that its availability in the territory of small oil depots and near technological installations for storage and processing of highly inflammable liquids and flammable liquids (HIL&FL) will significantly reduce the time for preparing and conducting a foam attack, and will reduce the impact of dangerous fire factors on the personnel and equipment of firefighting departments of various types of fire protection and, accordingly, will increase the success of extinguishing fire at the initial stage, significantly reducing the companies financial losses caused by a fire.

Currently, the actual regulatory and legal framework for the fire protection of oil and oil products warehouses located in the territory of oil refineries and petrochemical enterprises (GOST R 12.3.047-98, SNiP 2.11.03-93, VUPP-88, etc.) provides for automatic foam fire extinguishing installations in HIL&FL tanks of a volume of 5000 m3 or more.

Federal government institution “2nd Detachment of the Federal Border Guard Service in the Leningrad Region (contractual)”, taking into account the experience of fire and preventive maintenance of subsidiaries of the oil companies NK LUKOIL, OJSC AK Transneft, OJSC AK Transnefteproduct, LLC Rosneftbunker located in the territory of the Leningrad Region invites you to consider the possibility of completing the “BK - PT VITYAZ” foam fire extinguishing block container with a fixed fire monitor of a flow rate at least 60 l/sec, which will significantly increase its tactical and technical performance.

Based on the foregoing, we consider it appropriate to use the “BK - PT VITYAZ” block container for fire protection of oil depots and low-capacity oil and gas facilities.

CJSC Trest Koksokhimmontazh

LLC Pozhneftehim is one of the main partners of CJSC Trest Koksokhimmontazh in the following areas:

• Deliveries of firefighting equipment (equipment manufactured by Pozhneftehim LLC is easy to installation, commissioning and operation, and exceeds by a number of characteristics its analogues on the market, including imported ones);
• Design of fire protection systems for facilities of storage, processing and transportation of petroleum products. During the design, installation and commissioning of 2 phases of the tank farm of CJSC Petersburg Petroleum Terminal, joint work was carried out both at the design stages (STC for fire protection management of the park and the design of the technological part was carried out by LLC Pozhneftekhim) and at the stage of delivery and handover the facility to supervisory authorities.

A permanent contract for the supply of equipment was concluded in 2008. Over the past time, the LLC Pozhneftehim equipment was supplied to the following facilities:

• OJSC AK Transneft (ESPO, BTS-2);
• OJSC NC Rosneft Oil Company (LLC RN-Tuapsinsky Oil Refinery, tank farms at the Vankorsky field),
• LLC Rosneftbunker complex of bulk cargoes;
• It is planned to use firefighting equipment under the CPC project.
